Purpose of the website

ChaouenLens publishes information about photography and local-guide services in Chefchaouen, Morocco and provides a way to send service enquiries. It is not an instant-booking engine, ticketing service or online payment processor.

No confirmed booking through an enquiry

A form submission, message, profile view or quote request is not a confirmed reservation. Dates, prices, meeting locations, the named provider and terms must be confirmed separately by the relevant parties before anyone relies on them. See How Requests Work.

Professional profiles and third-party services

Photographers and local guides may provide their own descriptions, photographs, experience information and service terms. Although profiles may be reviewed before publication, a listing does not constitute a guarantee of credentials, insurance, licensing, experience, availability, service quality or outcome. Visitors should make suitable independent checks before committing to a particular service.

Prices, timings and accessibility

Prices, route conditions, travel times, language availability, openings, weather and access rules may change. No price or service is guaranteed solely because information appears on this site. Confirm detailed conditions directly in the written service proposal or with the appropriate competent authority before travel.

Photography rights

Photographs and other creative material belong to their respective rights holders. Website display does not mean a visitor may copy, resell, reuse, download commercially or publish the material elsewhere. For complaints or permissions, use Contact.

Travel and physical activities

Travel and outdoor activities can involve ordinary risks such as changing terrain, weather, access restrictions, transport delays or personal fitness needs. Use independent judgment, confirm practical arrangements and follow applicable safety rules and official local guidance. This site does not provide medical, emergency or professional safety advice.

External links and communications

Links and optional services such as Google sign-in, email or WhatsApp are operated at least partly by third parties. We do not control their content, availability, security or policies. Sending an external message does not create an automatic booking.

Limits of this notice

Information is provided for general planning purposes. We aim to correct errors brought to our attention but cannot promise that every detail is complete or current. Nothing in this Disclaimer removes statutory rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
