What is ChaouenLens?

ChaouenLens connects people planning a visit or project in Chefchaouen with photographers and local guides. Professionals can create profiles; clients can explore the directories and request a service through ChaouenLens.

Where should I start?

Choose Photographers or Local guides. We are currently welcoming our first professional profiles. If you do not find a suitable profile, tell us what you need.

How do I request a service?

Use the request form. Include the professional you prefer, if any, your dates, number of people, preferred language and approximate budget. For photography, add your preferred style and intended use of the images.

Is my request a confirmed booking?

No. Sending a request asks about availability and a quote. The professional, service details, total price and arrangements must be agreed before a booking can be confirmed.

Can I pay online?

Online checkout is not enabled. No payment is collected by the enquiry form. Ask ChaouenLens about the next steps before making any commitment.

How do professionals join?

Create an account, choose the professional option and select Photographer or Local Guide. Complete your bio, service area, languages and specialties, then submit your profile for administrator review.

What should a service description include?

Describe the activity, duration, service area, group size, languages, what is included and any additional costs. Photography offers should also explain the number and format of delivered images, delivery time and intended usage. Confirm the final details in your quote.

Who may upload photographs?

Submit only photographs you own or have permission to publish. Do not use another photographer’s work to represent your services.

Are private contact details shown publicly?

Provider email addresses and phone numbers are not displayed in public profiles. Requests start through ChaouenLens. Client accounts are not listed in the professional directories.
